Each Dawn I Die: Journalist Cagney is framed, and sent to the penitentiary where he meets a tough inmate, Raft. There is excellent acting all around. Cagney hits a white-hot summit with his role, however last half of film becomes outrageously implausible. Music score by Max Steiner. Bullitt: Definitive McQueen antihero part that he grows to love. As a cop trying to keep is witness alive. McQueen see a lot of bloodshed as the mob is out to kill the man he must protect. Delta Force Two: Norris leads his Delta Force brigade into Latin America in an attempt to snuff out an elusive drug lord. Cast includes Chuck Norris, John P. Ryan, Paul Perri, Richard Jaeckel, Begonia Plaza, Mateo Gomez, Hector Mercardo, and Billy Drago. (110 minutes, 1990)

Spellbound: This is a wonderful documentary that follows 8 extremely variant youthful contestants who partake in the 1999 Nationwide Spelling Bee. Ths film is an immeasurably amusing and often pointed assessment of notions in reference to prosperity and the American fantasy, with the very last spelling bee as fascinating as anything to be discovered in a fiction film. Single Handed: Pitiful female, two times impregnated and three times divorced plans to become prostitute. Mansfield’s last film was not seen in theaters until after her death. The Big Trees: Viciously ambitious lumberman Douglas runs afoul of a religious sect and nearly everybody else around him in this cornball outdoor melodrama. Cast includes Kirk Douglas, Eve Miller, Patrice Wymore, Edgar Buchanan, John Archer, Alan Hale, Jr., Roy Roberts, and Ellen Corby. (89 minutes, 1952)

Sudden Impact: Fourth in the Dirty Harry series depends on a reliable recipe, as maverick cop gives us vicarious delight of doing in civilization’s scum, although this entry is longer, and stupider, than need be. Locke plays a Lady taking out murderous reprisal on gentlemen (and one lesbian) who raped her and her sis years ago. Cast includes Clint Eastwood, Sondra Locke, Pat Hingle, Bradford Dillman, Paul Drake, Jack Thibeau, and Albert Popwell. (117 minutes, 1983)
