When he is accidentally shipped out of Hollywood to New York, he must go on a cross-country journey to get back home. The Barretts of Wimpole Street: Handsome, well-performed, and most amusing MGM production of classic romance between Elizabeth Barrett and Robert Browning in 19thcentury England. Controller Franklin redid this 2 years later. Cast includes Norma Shearer, Fredric March, Charles Laughton, and Ian Wolfe. (110 minutes, 1934)

The Lawnmower Man: Jobe is retarded. He lives the simple life of mowing lawns. Dr. Lawrence Angelo wants to see if he can develop intelligence artificially. With some drugs, and a connection to virtual learning through a super computer, Jobe starts learning at an incredible rate. The question is, what are the consequences?

Kill or Be Killed: Karate champions lock limbs as ex-Nazi tutor desires reprisal contrary to Japanese counterpart who bested him in a contest throughout WW2.
